Would You Wear The New Gender-Free Fragrance From Calvin Klein?

Gender-specific fragrances are so last century.

By Sharon Lynn Pruitt

Calvin Klein is out to break barriers with their newest fragrance. CK2 is the sequel scent to the hugely popular CK One, but while CK One was unisex, CK2 is being described by the brand as "gender-free" fragrance that celebrates the "endless possibilities of modern connections between two people."

Said Camillo Pane, Executive Vice President of Category Development for Coty Inc. (which holds the Calvin Klein fragrance license), "We are targeting a new generation that values authenticity and fluidity in their everyday lives, and CK2 encapsulates this in every facet of the brand, whether via the scent, packaging, or campaign creative."

CK2 will launch in February, available exclusively in Macy’s throughout the U.S. If February feels like too long to wait, the fragrance is currently available at World Duty Free airport stores.

Will you be picking it up? If you're on the fence, maybe this ad - which seems like a shameless ode to being young, hot, and in love - will convince you.
