California's 'I-5 Strangler' Is Found Dead In Prison

A California serial killer known as the “I-5 Strangler” was found dead in his cell on Feb. 28 in what authorities believe was a homicide. Correctional officers discovered Roger Kibbe, 81, dead around 12:40 a.m. during an institution population count.
