Man Allegedly Cut Off Grandpa's Ears After Murder

Kolby Parker, 30, is accused of murdering his grandfather, Ronald Wells, Sr., on Mar. 13 inside the Lake County home they shared. He allegedly pulled his grandfather's butchered ears from his pockets as he was being questioned in his brutal murder.
