Mom Of Slain 'ER' Actor Reaches Wrongful Death Settlement

Delia McElfresh, the mother of Vanessa Marquez, settled with the city of South Pasadena, California settled the wrongful death case with a mutually agreed-upon amount of $450,000, which will come from the city’s risk pool.
