John Thrasher is the co-host of Martinis & Murder, Oxygen’s weekly true-crime podcast. Each week, John alongside his cohost Daryn Carp, takes a deep dive into theories surrounding infamous murders while drinking themed cocktails. The critically-acclaimed podcast has garnered a loyal fan base, resulting in millions of downloads. John’s lighthearted and comedic approach has helped to cultivate this passionate and enthusiastic fan base.
While he’s not hosting, John is a Senior Digital Producer for Oxygen. Having been at Oxygen since 2012, John has hosted and produced several successful digital projects for the network ranging from “The Bad Girls Club” After Show to fan-interactive Facebook Live activations. John is originally from Maryland and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s in English.
