Florida Nanny And Licensed Foster Parent, Who Also Worked As Porn Actress, Arrested For Child Pornography

A Florida nanny and licensed foster parent, who has been described as a self-employed pornography actress, has been arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography and committing lewd acts in front of children.

Nicole Lynn Walter, 27, is facing charges of child pornography, lewd/lascivious behavior with a victim under 16, aggravated assault and resisting arrest after investigators allegedly found child pornography in her home while executing a search warrant.

Escambia County Sheriff David Morgan announced the charges in a video message on social media, saying that the child pornography found had “depictions of children that are possibly in that home or somewhere in Escambia County.”

The sheriff is asking anyone who has had contact with Walter or who may have had her watch their children to contact authorities.

“For the sake of your child, let’s make sure that we eliminate them as a possibility for molestation by this individual.”

Deputies began their investigation after receiving a tip on a Florida abuse hotline that Walter may be involved in possible sexual offenses and was a porn star who liked to make videos of her touching herself in public places, according to an arrest report obtained by local station WEAR.

“Like she would go to a restaurant or go to a used car dealership and while people were around her, she would film her sexual act,” Morgan told the station.

Walter is accused of intentionally filming some of the acts in front of children. In some of the videos discovered by authorities, children can allegedly be heard talking in the background, Pensacola News Journal reports.

Several victims also told authorities that Walter had touched them in the vaginal area and investigators found several pornographic images of underage girls during the search of her home, according to the report.

Investigators allegedly found the images on an SD card hidden in a drawer underneath her mattress.

Walter had served as a nanny and foster parent before her arrest.

“It was about a year’s time frame that she served in that capacity … so more than ample time to have access and be in contact with children,” Morgan told WEAR.

Amber Southard, the chief public information officer for the sheriff’s office, told Oxygen.com that authorities had already received multiple calls from concerned parents after the arrest.

“We’ve had about 20 to 30 people call saying their juveniles may have had interactions with Walter. However; it’s still under investigation and doesn’t mean those juveniles are actual victims, as of yet,” Southard said.

Morgan said Walter was currently in custody and that the “community is safe from at least this one predator.”
