Florida Woman Allegedly Engages In 'Extremely Sexual’ Video Call With Jailed Boyfriend In Front Of Little Kid
Noelle Rascati, 32, is accused of using an “assortment of sex toys” in the presence of a young child while video chatting with her incarcerated partner.
A Florida woman accused of engaging in a racy video chat with her imprisoned boyfriend found herself in handcuffs too, after an underage child allegedly witnessed their conjugal teleconference.
Noelle Rascati, 32, was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition in presence of a minor, after the “extremely sexual” virtual jailhouse call surfaced, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com.
On March 25, Rascati spoke with her boyfriend, Tathan Fields — who’s currently incarcerated on terroristic hoax charges — via teleconference. However, their video chat, which was reviewed by Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s detectives, quickly turned intimate. Moments into the call, the couple allegedly stripped and began pleasuring themselves in a “sexual nature.”
“The two began masterbating (sic) while watching the other,” the affidavit stated.
At one point, a young child wearing a blue shirt allegedly wandered into Rascati’s bedroom.
“Ms. Rascati opens up the robe and exposes the front of her nude body to the camera, all while the little [child] is still standing to the right of her, next to the bed,” the affidavit alleged.
Rascati allegedly then used an “assortment of sex toys” while the unidentified child stood next to the bed and watched. In other portions of the clip, the minor roams about the bedroom as the lewd telechat dragged on, investigators said.
“[W]hile she is pleasuring herself, [the child] can be seen walking around in the background, talking,” the affidavit added.
Investigators suspect the child could’ve “easily seen” Fields, clad in an orange jumpsuit in the video, visibly touching himself on the computer screen, as well.
Authorities declined to specify the age or sex of the child victim. The “choppy,” low quality clip spans approximately 12 minutes, according to investigators.
Rascati is listed as Fields’ girlfriend on an inmate index at a Santa Rosa County jail where he’s currently locked up, investigators said. She was later taken into custody.
Her next court date is scheduled for May 18, court records show. The 32-year-old has requested a public defender. She doesn’t appear to have a prior criminal history.
Rascati didn’t respond to Oxygen.com’s request for comment on Monday.
However, it’s not the first time Fields has been caught allegedly fondling himself behind bars.
In 2019, Fields was charged with indecent exposure after he was accused of masturbating in a correctional facility classroom, according to a separate probable cause statement obtained by Oxygen.com. The case appears to still be open.
While incarcerated last year, Fields was also charged with manufacturing a hoax weapon of mass destruction after he allegedly mailed Polk County State Attorney’s Office an envelope containing a fake dose of anthrax.
“I hope you die [and] your heart bust when you inhale this,” he wrote prosecutors, according to a probable cause affidavit. “I made sure to put plenty of Anthrax. I waited so long for this moment. Just make sure to breath[e] deep.”
The 26-year-old inmate denied sending the letter. The case is active, according to court records.
Fields, an alleged methamphetamine user, has been arrested for a number of petty burglary offenses in Polk County, dating back to 2011, additional legal documents show.
