Andy Dick Fired After Sexual Harassment Allegations: 'It's Me Being Funny'

"Of course I’m going to proposition people. I’m single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date."

Comedian and actor Andy Dick has been fired from two movies in light of sexual harassment accusations that allegedly happened on set. Dick, 51, is accused of groping, kissing and licking people, and making sexual propositions while on the production of "Raising Buchanan," sources told the Hollywood Reporter. He allegedly sexually propositioned four people on that set.

On Tuesday, THR revealed that Dick was also fired from "Vampire Dad" for similar allegations earlier this month. According to THR, Dick was escorted off the set of the low-budget comedy on the first day of filming because of “multiple, flagrant acts of improper conduct and inappropriate contact with several cast and crew members,” according to a letter of termination.

Dick (pictured above alongside Lindsay Lohan in 2013) has spoken out about the allegations. He told THR that he didn’t grope anyone, but that he probably licked people. And, he completely admitted to making propositions.

“My middle name is ‘misconduct.’ They know what they signed up for,” Dick told the publication. “I didn’t grope anybody. I might have kissed somebody on the cheek to say good-bye and then licked them. That’s my thing — I licked Carrie Fisher at a roast. It’s me being funny. I’m not trying to sexually harass people. [...] I didn’t grab anybody’s genitals. Of course I’m going to proposition people. I’m single, depressed, lonely and trying to get a date. They can just say no, and they probably did and then I was done.”

A source told THR that Dick seemed intoxicated during the filming of "Raising Buchanan." Dick admitted to taking more Xanax than he is prescribed.

“That didn’t make me rape people. I really don’t get it. I’m always trying to be funny and trying to get a date,” he told THR. Dick also told the publication that some people were “sensitive” about comments Dick made on set about the Harvey Weinstein scandal. It is unclear what kind of comments he made.

Dick said he “won’t lick anyone’s face anymore.”

Twitter was quick to point out that Dick acting inappropriate is nothing new.
