Karolina Kurkova Covers Vogue Portugual

What a way to start off the new year: Karolina Kurkova looking deliriously beautiful on the January 2013 cover of Vogue Portugal. Okay, fine, the issue actually hits newstands in December 2012 and it's in Portuguese, but this much gorgeousness transcends geographic borders and language barriers, right?

KK looks ready to conquer another year in a lipstick red top and trousers ensemble by Mugler, a printed collar by Miu Miu and a statement necklace by Hervé Van Der Straeten. The animal-print clutch by Valentino Garavani brings it all together.

The cover was shot by fashion photog Giampaolo Sgura, who coincidentally is also responsible for the stunning on-location images from the Roberto Cavalli Resort 2013 campaign. You know, the one with Karolina and Anne V frolicking on the luxurious shores of some posh beachy destination.
