"The Face" guest star Zac Posen actually designed four gowns seen on the Golden Globes Red Carpet. Double-winner Lena Dunham sported a tat-bearing brown delight, Naomi Watts was perfection in a long-sleeved, keyhole-neckline and cut-out back oxblood design and Glenn Close channeled elegance in a custom strapless navy confection with matching bolero jacket. But it was Kelly Osbourne that really caught our eye. Not only did she look fresh and lovely in a minty green strapless mermaid gown, but it gave us déja vu for Karolina's "The Face" finale gown. Are we right?
Compare: The macaron-light hues, the ruffled sweetheart neckline, back-bow and slight corset-top detailing at the waist. Of course the colors are different and while Karolina's mermaid-pouf flows out in layers upon layers of silk tulle, Kelly's boasts large architectural pleats. So no, not the same dress, but the same exquisite design and thoughtful attention to craft and detail. Gorgeous on both counts.
