Samuel on The Glee Project 104

I was immediately intimidated by the word “Dance-Ability”. I have always enjoyed dancing, but I never fancied myself a "dancer". I was immediately intimidated by the word “Dance-Ability”. I have always enjoyed dancing, but I never fancied myself a "dancer". I could not believe that I won the assignment. To be chosen by such a badass dancer like Harry felt amazing. It was a definite confidence boost and I was super thankful. At first, working with Harry was a bit scary, but he is such a cool guy and that it made it much easier. He helped me with some moves and showed me how to take certain moves I already had and make them better.

After winning the homework assignment I felt pressured. I felt that I really needed to out-dance myself so as to live up to everyone’s expectations, and that was pretty hard.

When Alex told you me that he didn’t win the challenge because he wanted to give others a chance to shine, it sucked. I mean, I want to feel like I won the challenge because I gave it everything I had and not because someone had to hand it to me.

During my session with Nicki, I used Hannah’s “skadoosh”. I always knew that was Hannah's thing and I always gave her credit, so she knew I wasn’t trying to steal it from her. I don’t regret doing it; Hannah is my buddy and everyone knows that “skadoosh” is hers, but I needed something to throw into the pot vocally so I borrowed her flair. I thought it was funny.

I felt great during the “Can’t Touch This” music video shoot. It was very long and tiring, but super fun. There are lots of naturally good dancers here and it was cool to learn and dance with them.

I was sad to see McKynleigh go, she is a great friend.
