In a new interview with Health Magazine on Thursday, Khloé Kardashian revealed that since Lamar Odom had an overdose in a Nevada brothel, she’s been in charge of her family’s emergency health decisions. While it’s easy to get stuck in a certain persona around your family, Khloé says their view of her totally changed after she stood strong by Lamar in the hospital.
“It's so interesting. This is kind of dark, but after that, my whole family changed all of their wills so that I would be their medical adviser, because you don't know how someone reacts until you're put in that situation—God forbid. No one should be put in those situations, but with that, I found strength from within. I was super calm, and I was more like, ‘It's greater than you,’ and you just get strength. I pray a lot. And I talk to my dad a lot.”
Though it didn’t work out between them, it does seem like Khloé helped Lamar get through an incredibly difficult time, and now he’s even taken the step to enter rehab and is even talking about the experience on The Doctors.
Khoé did tell Health about the new love in her life, Tristan Thompson. Sounds like they’re together, despite rumors of a breakup. She says, “I'm five-ten, and he's six-nine. I love athletes. Someone who has the same interests as me, who likes to work out, like that's their hobby or their job, that's fine. Tristan is who I'm into. He's a little cutie.”
Surprisingly, the person she likes working out with the most is Kourtney Kardashian, because she says her other sisters barely need to do a thing to maintain their physique, explaining, “Kim and Kylie are the worst. They perspire, and they look so pretty, and they don't really do much.”
That’s what the whole internet says too.
