News broke earlier this year that the couple had hired a surrogate to carry their third child, and new reports claim that the unidentified woman is already three months pregnant.
According to Us Weekly, Kim and Kanye worked with an agency to choose a San Diego mother in her late 20s to carry their third child, who's expected to be born sometime in January 2018. Not much else is known about the situation currently, though fans are undoubtedly crossing their fingers that Kim and Kanye will open up about the process during the family reality show at some point.
Kim and Kanye reportedly decided to go with a surrogate after doctors warned Kim that it would be too dangerous for her to carry another child. Both of Kim's past pregnancies were high-risk, a struggle that Kim has been vocal about during past episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
As Kim explained earlier this year, "I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me."
