Rapper Quavo Accused Of Assault, Robbery At Post-Grammys Party

A jeweler says Quavo and another man jumped him and snatched his chain.

It sounds like Quavo may have had an eventful night following Sunday night's Grammy Awards. According to TMZ, the rapper has been accused of assaulting and robbing someone at a post-Grammys party early Monday morning.

Eric the Jeweler, who's made pieces for a number of high-profile celebs, says that he and the Migos rapper were both attending an after-party at 1Oak in New York City when things went left. An argument over money that Quavo allegedly owes Eric eventually turned physical, with Eric claiming that Quavo and another man in his crew — not Takeoff or Offset — jumped him.

Eric left the club with minor injuries to his face and later realized that the $30,000 chain he'd been wearing during the altercation had gone missing. He reported the incident to the New York Police Department on Tuesday; police are reportedly planning to review security camera footage from that night and are hoping to interview all members of the rap group, as well as their manager.

Quavo's camp has yet to comment on the incident.
