How to Watch

Catch up on 911 Crisis Center on Peacock or the Oxygen App.

All 911 calls are different. But If you've ever heard audio of a 911 call, you'll notice one striking consistency across them all: the calmness of the dispatcher on the other end. Who is the person on the other end of the line?

Viewers will get to meet real dispatchers and see the inner workings of an emergency call center in Oxygen's series "911 Crisis Center." — Season 2 premieres Saturday, Sept. 3 at 9:30/8:30c with new episodes airing at 9/8c beginning Sept. 10. Centered around Chagrin Valley Dispatch in Bedford Ohio, the show chronicles the work lives of dispatchers as they tackle tough calls about all kinds of issues, like fires, missing kids, gunshots, and medical emergencies. They provide help by gaining the necessary info to send law enforcement as well as by providing life-saving instructions callers need to know.

"911 Crisis Center" provides a face for the dispatchers, from the seasoned veterans to the new workers on the job. Viewers don't just see the stressful calls and shocking incidents, they also watch as the dispatchers form strong bonds with one another and provide moments of levity and small celebrations in their day-to-day work.
