Approximately 90 people — including Olympic gold medalists Simon Biles, Aly Raisman and McKayla Maroney — are suing the FBI for failing to act after USA Gymnastics officials told them in 2015 about Larry Nassar assaulting gymnasts.
The Department of Justice announced that it won't pursue two former FBI agents who didn't even open an investigation into disgraced sports doctor Larry Nassar when they received reports in 2015 that he had been sexually assaulting female gymnasts.
