A burglar accidentally shot and killed his criminal partner Monday morning in Macon, Georgia.

A woman woke up Monday to find two men had broken into her home. According to WMAZ13, the two were trying to steal her television. She yelled and the men ran out. Police said that one of the men fired a shot over his shoulder as he ran outside, according to the Associated Press. Instead of hitting the woman, the burglar accidentally shot his cohort in the head.

The shot man died at the scene and was identified by the coroner's office as 41-year-old James Robert Young. Police said he’s been in the local jail 35 times - six times for burglary.

The Sheriff's Office said they are still looking for the other burglar, and they are asking for anyone with information to call the Sheriff's Office or Crimestopers at 1-877-68CRIME.
