Nia Guzman, the mother of Chris Brown's daughter, is being accused of threatening a witness in the couple's custody battle over daughter Royalty. According to TMZ, an ex-friend named Shakur Sozahdah wants a restraining order against Guzman because of the alleged behavior.

Sozahdah claims that Guzman (seen below) has been begging to meet her as she's a witness in the custody battle over 3-year-old Royalty. She believes Guzman wants to use scare tactics as a way to intimidate her from testifying against her. In court docs, the ex-friend says Guzman has been parking in front of her house and "sprinkling a weird substance" in her yard. She adds that Guzman has been texting her incessantly and bad-mouthing her and as well as family members.

Guzman's rep denies these allegations and says she hasn't seen the woman since early this year. However, the judge granted the restraining order and Guzman has been ordered to stay 50 yards away from Sozahdah.

How I love you!

Interestingly, Guzman just asked for—and received—a restraining order against the ex-friend also. She claims Sozadah recorded a rap about her that threatened her and her daughter, with lines like "I really hate this bitch / I won't take my foot off your neck / You lucky I love your little daughter like I do, do 'cause we woulda already run the f*ck up on you."

Back in 2016, Brown won a legal battle with Guzman. The two were ordered to have joint legal and physical custody. The singer gets 12 days a month with his daughter that are unmonitored.
