Security camera footage shows a woman in Los Angeles fighting off a sexual predator while people walked past, ignoring the attack.

Los Angeles Police Department released the video clip, in which the suspect tried ripping the woman’s clothing off. Police also released a sketch of the man, believed to be middle-age and Hispanic.

The woman, who is in her 30s, was attacked as she was leaving her apartment. The suspect tried talking to her in Spanish, and he allegedly reeked of alcohol.

KTLA reported that the altercation went on for two to three minutes. All the while, people walked past. Nobody called police. Captain Carranza said the woman screamed “fire” until the man ran away.

"This individual is extremely dangerous, and he needs to be taken off the streets,'' Captain Carranza told NBC Los Angeles. He credited the woman for fighting “like a tiger.”
