A baby and his bottle are hard to separate which is why an infant reached for the one his mom was carrying with her at a high school football game in Conneaut, Ohio. The only problem being that his mother had filled the sippy cup with vodka. Andrea Mucciarone, 32, was arrested and charged with child endangerment after her 23-month-old son got sick had to be hospitalized from ingesting the clear, powerful liquor.
Police say Mucciarone snuck the vodka in one of her son’s sippy cups into a Conneaut High School football game on October 28th. Later in the evening, she and a relative noticed something was wrong with child when he couldn’t stand up. While being treated at an area hospital, police came and arrested Mucciarone.
Mucciarone pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge in court Tuesday. The toddler is currently in the custody of a relative.
