Katherine Jackson is making new abuse allegations against her nephew. The 86-year-old matriarch of the Jackson family had previously filed a restraining order against Trent Lamar Jackson for mishandling her money and trying to keep her estranged from her kids. According to TMZ, Katherine is claiming that her nephew is secretly monitoring her with hidden cameras and microphones.
In court documents, Katherine says that Lamar copied the key to her bedroom door. "The only place I can try and have a private conversation, is in my bathroom, pretending I am using the restroom so I can make a call," she claims. She added that she fears that Trent may walk in on her at any moment, causing her to get dressed in her closet. Plus, she says that he's listening in on her phone calls.
The mother of Michael and Janet Jackson adds that Trent is using her name for his own businesses and using her credit cards. She also alleges that he ignored her when she thought she was having a stroke or seizure and didn't call emergency services.
Other Jackson kids have apparently backed Katherine's claims of Trent's questionable behavior. Rebbie (per court docs) alleges that Trent blocked her phone number on Katherine's mother's phone and attempted to have her removed as Katherine's medical directive. Jermaine Jackson alleges that Trent allegedly threw one of his sisters against a wall, hit him (and one of his nephews) and has stolen more than $40k from Katherine.
