Police are looking for a Florida man after he allegedly doused his pregnant girlfriend in gasoline and lit her on fire after an argument over cigarettes.
Noel Grullon, 32, allegedly lit the 27-year-old woman on fire in front of her two children on Thursday, according to Yahoo. The victim suffered second degree burns to her torso. It took her hours to admit to police that the burns came from her boyfriend, who is the father of her unborn baby.
"It took most of the day for her to finally admit to a social worker what had really happened to her. At first she was saying it was a barbecuing accident," Hialeah Police Sgt. Carl Zogby told CBSNews.
According to an NBC affiliate, Grullon has a violent criminal past, with past charges that include armed robbery, armed carjacking, kidnapping and aggravated battery.
