Mother Finds 'Deleted' Video Of Man Allegedly Raping 7-Year-Old Daughter

He's being held in jail on a $150,000 bond.

A Texas man was arrested on Sunday after a woman made a horrifying discovery while looking at his tablet. According to WDSU, she found a video of 35-year-old Jose Trinidad Gonzalez allegedly raping her own 7-year-old daughter in the "deleted photos" folder.

According to a San Antonio Police Department arrest report, Gonzalez allowed the victim and her siblings to play games on his iPad. On Sunday, the children's mother took a look at the tablet to see what kind of games her kids were playing. Perhaps her gut told her something was off about Gonzalez because she opened the "deleted photos" folder of the device. There, she reportedly saw a photograph of her daughter’s genitals and the video of Gonzalez and her daughter.

Gonzalez’s relation to the mother and her children have not been released by police, the Miami Herald reports. However, KENS5 said it was a man she trusted.

The mother immediately called the police. Gonzalez was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.

Gonzalez has been jailed on a $150,000 bond.

The case mirrors one that happened in Philadelphia over the summer.

According to CBS Philly, a woman was shocked when she found naked videos of her two young daughters on her boyfriend's phone. Roger Wallach, 37, apparently tried, just like Gonzalez, to delete the photos, but they weren't permanently removed from his cellphone.

One evening, while Wallach was in the bathroom bathing his young son, she looked at his phone. In the deleted photos folder, she found videos of her daugthers, aged 10 and 11, naked and in the shower.
