Rebecca Taylor, an employee at Oprah's OWN Network, faced considerable harassment at the hands of her supervisors after becoming pregnant. She's now suing the company for an undisclosed amount of money.
Taylor is accusing her supervisor, Nakisha Gowen, of embarrassing her at work with inappropriate behavior. She's accusing the higher up of "pretending to squeeze her breasts and then lay her head on them" during a company meeting. Taylor is also claiming that Gowen made repeated references to "tent pole" events "referring to a man who got an erection 'pressing against his clothes and thus making his clothes, such as his pants, look like a tent pole placed against a tent.'"
This certainly doesn't seem like something Big O would approve of.
TMZ didn't have too much else to say on the case, but OWN is refusing to comment on the situation.
OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network, debuted in January 2011. It is currently available to over 81.9 million television viewers.
