A North Carolina teacher is being accused of giving students A's in exchange for sex. According to ABC affiliate WSOC TV, an English teacher named Juan Carlos Vazquez allegedly had sexual contact with two male students.

Vazquez has been working at South Mecklenburg High School since 2013. He is accused of offering good grades for sex and asking one of the students for a threesome in exchange for an “A.” Prosecutors add that one victim was also photographed in his underwear.

The acts didn't take place at the school; some occurred at the teacher's apartment.

The male students, according to the news outlet, are 17 and 18 years old. It was one of the students who came forward in the case.

Vasquez was arrested and charged with three felony counts of indecent liberties with a student and three sex acts with a student. School authorities said Vazquez is suspended with pay.
