More information has now been released about Priscilla Rainey, the woman who won a $7.1 million lawsuit against The Game, and the allegations against him. According to court documents, The Game assaulted Rainey while they were both on stage, and in public. And now he's allegedly attempting to get out of paying the owed money.
According to Bossip, the court documents read: “Ms. Rainey clearly proved at trial that the defendant committed highly reprehensible conduct – grabbing and displaying her bare genitalia and buttocks against her will in a public place in front of a large crowd of gawking spectators (some of whom had cameras and may have recorded the events), causing both a physical violation of the most heinous kind and clear public humiliation through the act,” written in court papers marked Dec. 31.
Rainey filed the new court documents on Christmas Eve to ask the judge to ignore his movement for a new trial, as The Game waited longer than the 28-day grace period to respond. She also asserts that she clearly won the case, as evidenced by the win from the jury.
Rainey was a contestant on The Game's reality dating show She's Got Game. In November, she won her sexual assault case against the rapper and is now set to receive $6 million in punitive damages and $1.1 million in compensatory damages from federal civil court.
Documents obtained by Bossip suggest that Rainey was re-traumatized when The Game continued to attack her character on social media and had used his celebrity status to humiliate her.
