Andy Dick is under arrest on suspicion of sexual assault at a southern California campground in what seems to be the latest legal trouble for the embattled comedian.

Deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in California were called to the O’Neill Regional Park on Wednesday after a man alleged he was sexually assaulted by Dick, as first reported by TMZ. Authorities questioned Dick before leading him away in handcuffs.

Dick, 56, was charged on suspicion of felony sexual battery shortly after 9:00 a.m., according to NBC Los Angeles.

Dick has reportedly been living at the campground with live streamers for some time, according to TMZ.

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Kimberly Edds told NBC News prosecutors hadn't received the case as of Wednesday and hadn't made a charging decision.

Dick’s arrest is the latest in a series of legal woes for the troubled comedian. In November, Dick was arrested on domestic battery charges after he allegedly hit his boyfriend in the head with a liquor bottle, as previously reported.

Dick was also accused of groping his rideshare driver’s genitals in 2018 in West Hollywood. The case is still pending and Dick has pleaded not guilty.

Earlier that year, Dick was accused of another man’s genitals at a New Orleans club, where the victim allegedly responded by “cold-cocking” the alleged aggressor. Prosecutors later said Dick wouldn’t cooperate, forcing them to drop the case in 2020, according to NOLA.com.

Requests to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office about Wednesday’s arrest were not immediately returned to Oxygen.com.

Jail records show Dick is being held on $25,000 bail at the Orange County Central Men’s Jail.
