Months after his Soulja Boy’s former assistant claimed he held her hostage, the rapper is being accused of abuse from another woman who says he abused her so badly that she suffered a miscarriage.

The rapper’s former girlfriend filed a civil lawsuit on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against the 30-year-old rapper — who was born DeAndre Cortez Way —  under the alias “Jane Doe.”

She alleges in the lawsuit, obtained by Oxygen.com, that Way "threatened her life and engaged in other forms of domestic violence during and after they lived together.” The two began dating casually in 2007 and they began a more serious relationship in 2014, that ended in 2019 as a result of the abuse.

The complaint details an incident in 2015 in which Way allegedly attacked a pregnant Doe. She accuses him of punching her in the face and chest and kicking her in the stomach after she crumpled to the ground.

“Soon thereafter, Plaintiff suffered a miscarriage and was unable to carry her pregnancy into full term,” the complaint states, adding that she also had to get her uterine lining removed as a result.

The complaint also accused Way of pulling a gun on Doe a year later, threatening her life. She claims that sex was often nonconsensual and full of implicit, and explicit, threats. Doe says she was thrown out of Way’s home after she expressed concern over multiple other women appearing on the property. The complaint alleges years of emotional and physical abuse.

“Our client is fortunate she was able to escape Way’s reign of terror and domestic abuse,” her lawyer Neama Rahmani, president of West Coast Trial Lawyers, one of the law firms representing the plaintiff, said in a statement obtained by Oxygen.com. “Still, she struggles to rebuild her life as she deals with the stress, fear and humiliation she continues to suffer from the years she remained Way’s emotional and mental captive. She worries about her daughter’s security and safety and about her ability to re-establish her career. How many women’s lives will Way ravage before he is held accountable? We plan for it to end here.”

The rapper’s former assistant, Kayla Myers, who he was also romantically involved with, accused him of sexually abusing, beating, and holding her hostage in a lawsuit filed in January. Kayla Myers alleges that Way held her captive in 2019 after tying her up with an extension cord. She said she was then coerced into a sexual act with his male assistant, TMZ reported. Myers filed a lawsuit for assault, battery and false imprisonment as well as sexual battery. That case is still pending.

While Way has not made any public statements about the most recent lawsuit, he tweeted on Tuesday morning that he made over a half million dollars in crypto.
