A Florida woman was arrested for allegedly brandishing a pitchfork and black whip as she stood outside of a grocery store in the middle of a rainstorm.

Lisa Anne Slone, 56, is now facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after she was discovered Tuesday “with a pitchfork and black whip in front of the main entrance of the Publix grocery store” in Minneola, Florida around 2:12 p.m., according to an arrest report obtained by Oxygen.com.

The store’s owner told a Florida Highway Patrol officer that Slone had allegedly been trying to sell teddy bears behind the store before she started to run around with a whip and pitchfork, which she used to stab a mini-van.

When Officer David Moss arrived at the scene in his patrol car, body camera footage obtained by Oxygen.com, showed a woman dressed in black walk out in the rain in front of the officer’s car, stop in the middle of the parking lot, and point a black whip at him before briefly walking away.

She returned a few moments later and waved the pitchfork around as she clutched the whip in her other hand.

Moss approached her as she walked away but she “would not stop” and “refused to put the weapon down,” he wrote in the report.

He said he was able to quickly remove the weapon from her possession and assisted her to the ground, where she was put into handcuffs and then placed in the back of the patrol car.

Moss — who noted that Slone “appeared to be highly intoxicated on some sort of stimulant drug” — asked her whether she had taken anything that day.

She told him yes, but refused to provide any other details.

“It’s none of your business what God instructed,” she said in the footage, before loudly screaming at the top of her lungs “God is great!” over and over.

Slone can then be heard asking God to “bring me out of this car,” before she screamed “Let me out!” and began kicking the windows.

Slone had unbuckled her seat belt and started to kick the rear right window, according to the report. As a result, her feet were placed in a restraint.

Moss noted that she had “recent cut mark scars on her legs and body” and “bruises to her face and body.”

“Slone repeatedly stated that she felt no pain anymore and that God was in control,” he wrote.

After it was determined the 56-year-old did not need to be taken to a hospital, she was transported to the Orange Lake County Jail without incident.

The pitchfork was placed into evidence.
