A Texas man is accused of imprisoning his girlfriend at his home and sexually assaulting her over the course of several days.

Jorge Alexander Gonzalez is jailed on assault charges following the disturbing alleged domestic incident.

Authorities were dispatched to a Wichita County home on Sunday after reports of an aggravated assault. Upon arrival, the alleged victim told authorities that Gonzales had kept her at his home against her will for approximately three days, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com.

The woman accused Gonzales of preventing her from leaving the home for work on Thursday.

Gonzales then allegedly accused her of only wanting to go to her job so she could “flirt with guys.” He specifically cited a male co-worker of his partner. She told authorities he later took her cell phone and physically assaulted her each time she tried leaving, according to charging documents.

In the days that followed, the woman alleges she was repeatedly sexually assaulted by her boyfriend and subjected to physical violence.

“She stated at one point she acted as if she had something concealed behind her back in an attempt to leave and he grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed her in the leg and told her she wasn’t leaving,” the arrest affidavit alleged. “She stated he hit her with a closed fist, open hand, a lamp, and choked her with a bralette. She stated when he choked her with a bralette, she lost consciousness and he poured water on her to ‘wake her up.'”

When Gonzales would leave the property, he allegedly locked his girlfriend inside the home. The windows in the home had security bars, she said.

“She stated that she fell asleep and could hear him say ‘baby’ and was staring at her from under a table,” the affidavit added. “She stated she woke up and he sexually assaulted her. She was very upset telling what had occurred and stated she told him no that she didn’t want to do this but he proceeded in sexually assaulting her.”

The woman told law enforcement she later attempted to open a window and “scream for help” but Gonzales “grabbed her and put his hand over her mouth,” charging documents stated. The woman, who ultimately escaped the home while Gonzales was taking a shower, later called 911 from a neighbor’s home.

The victim told investigators that she and Gonzalez had been dating for seven months. Days before the incident, she’d left him and had gone to stay at a relatives’ home. She only returned after Gonzales pleaded with her to come back.

Gonzales was charged with assault causing bodily injury. He was booked into a Wichita County detention facility and is being held on a $50,000 bond, according to online jail records obtained by Oxygen.com. Attorney information wasn’t immediately available for him on Tuesday afternoon.

According to separate online jail records, Gonzales was also arrested in October 2021 for assault causing bodily injury.
