A Florida man will spend five decades behind bars for manufacturing child porn with a Colorado woman with whom he had a “master-slave” relationship, prosecutors said.

U.S. District Judge Roy K. Altman sentenced Robert Dunn, 47, to 50 years in federal prison on Monday for his role in producing child porn with co-defendant Tonya Bagley, according to court documents obtained by Oxygen.com. Dunn previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to produce, producing, receiving and possessing child pornography in December 2021.

Dunn and Bagley, who met online in 2019, entered into a “dominant-submissive” relationship in which they conspired to manufacture child porn together, prosecutors said.

“[They] began chatting on social media and developed a consensual, online ‘master-slave’ relationship,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida said in a statement Monday.

Dunn and Bagley agreed the Colorado woman would “photograph herself performing oral sex on a young boy,” prosecutors said. Detectives were tipped off to the pair’s activities in September 2019 after after receiving a cyber tip from Internet Crimes Against Children regarding child pornography possession associated with a Yahoo email address belonging to Dunn.

The first cyber tip involved the interception of six images portraying two separate white, pre-pubescent female minor victims posing nude, according to a criminal complaint obtained by Oxygen.com. Investigators estimated both victims were under the age of 10.

Detectives, who later executed a search warrant for a Gmail account associated with Dunn, later found a folder containing a trove of at least 63 pornographic images featuring children, as well as a separate picture of Dunn masturbating. Follow-up searches also revealed additional images of minor victims under the age of 10.

Investigators said Dunn also enlisted a woman named “Wendy” via Google Hangout chats to recruit other minors for the purpose of child pornography production.

“Dunn expressed his desire to have the female and young girl fly to the United States for the purposes of sex and to teach them to be a ‘sex slave,’ court documents stated, citing transcripts of their online conversations. “He also expressed his desire to attend Catholic seminary to become a priest for the purpose of having sex with children.”

Dunn was ultimately arrested after a search warrant was executed at his Lake Worth home in March 2020. Under questioning, he admitted to to distributing several child pornography images to “Wendy” through Google Hangouts.

Bagley also pleaded guilty in West Palm Beach federal court in December 2020 to conspiring to produce child pornography and transmitting information about a minor. She was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks in May 2021 for her involvement in the child porn scheme.

Dunn, a registered sex offender, has previous prior related convictions, including cruelty towards a child in 2006, using a computer to lure a child, and attempted lewd or lascivious battery in 2014, court documents show.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida didn’t immediately respond to Oxygen.com’s request for comment on Tuesday.

Andrea Cunill and Edward Joseph O'Donnell, defense attorneys representing Dunn, also didn’t respond to requests to comment on their client’s sentencing this week.
