Actress Brooke Mueller has reportedly checked herself into a treatment center amid the release of a year-old video that seemingly shows her in the midst of smoking, or preparing to smoke, crystal meth.

The video, published this week by Page Six,  shows what appears to be Charlie Sheen’s ex squatting in the back of a van holding some type of drug pipe.

“Just how am I gonna wake up tomorrow, and who’s gonna drive me?” the woman in the video can be heard saying. “That’s why it had to be you guys. That’s why I thought you guys were doing it. I’m not gonna be able to wake up with — this is what you don’t get. I’m not gonna be able to get on the plane.”

She then looks to the camera and asks, “What are you doing right now?” The video then cuts off.

The footage was recorded in July 2018, according to Page Six. Mueller, who shares 10-year-old twin sons with Sheen, had checked into an airport hotel in Spokane, Washington prior to when the footage was recorded, and left one of her sons, Bobby, alone in their room while she was in the van, an unnamed source told the outlet. (Bobby’s brother, Max, was reportedly away at camp at the time.)

Amid the video’s release, Mueller has checked into a trauma center, a spokesperson for the 41-year-old actress confirmed to Page Six.

“Brooke has voluntarily checked herself into a trauma center on the East Coast and is under the supervision of a team of professionals,” they said. “Like millions of other people, staying sober is a daily challenge and she is working hard to overcome her disease.”

While Mueller seeks treatment, her children are being cared for by their grandparents and are “doing fine,” an unnamed source told PEOPLE.

News that Mueller has sought help coincides with more disturbing reports regarding her alleged drug use. She traveled to the Hamptons last month and allegedly brought a plethora of drugs with her, Page Six previously reported.

Audio released this week by Page Six, that was reportedly recorded around the time of her trip to the Hamptons, features someone alleged to be Mueller asking someone where to buy crystal meth, cocaine, and “black tar” heroin, a version of the drug that is often sticky.

“Now we are almost at Queens. Actually, what we want is, if it’s possible, cocaine and meth, crystal and coke, and if it’s even possible, it has to be the tar, black tar,” the woman can be heard saying, before adding that the black tar is “not for me.”

Mueller, who has struggled with addiction in the past, most recently checked out of a rehabilitation facility in January 2017, PEOPLE reports.
