A hospital security guard is accused of having sex with the corpse of a kindergarten teacher.

Cameron Wright has charged with abuse of a corpse after two witnesses said they saw him having sex with a woman’s dead body in the storage room of St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, according to WATN in Memphis.

Police said Wright, 23, admitted to having sex with the corpse. He is now out of jail on a $3,000 bond.

The body was a 37-year-old kindergarten teacher named April Parham, who died from a heart attack, according to WMC Action News in Memphis.

“After you pass, we think finally she’s not suffering, she’s not hurting no more and to find out this,” James Parham, April's father, told the station. “It’s devastating. It hurts.”

He said his daughter's body was in a holding room so that her organs could be removed. She was an organ donor.

"If you ever had a daughter in this world, you would wish it would be just like April,” her dad said.

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis released a statement announcing Wright had been fired.

“Treating those we serve with dignity and respect is our top priority,” the wrote. “The behavior of this individual does not represent what our hospital stands for, and these actions are completely unacceptable. We are saddened by this incident, and we are empathetic and sympathetic to the family of the patient.”
