An Alabama woman has been accused of sexually torturing a bound, unconscious man and capturing the abuse on video.
Jennifer Marie Johnson, 36, is facing charges of sexual torture/abuse and receiving stolen property after investigators say they discovered a video on her cell phone that showed her sodomizing a male victim under the influence of GHB with a sex toy, while she laughed.
The man was bound with duct tape covering his mouth, wrists and hands, according to AL.com.
“The victim does not regain consciousness during or after the incident,” an investigator noted in a deposition filed Thursday and obtained by the news organization.
Johnson was arrested May 10 by Northport police officers who believed that she had been driving a stolen car, according to The Tuscaloosa News. After the arrest, they allegedly discovered a video on Johnson's cell phone showing her assaulting an unconscious male victim on March 19 around 7 a.m.
Investigators later spoke to the man, who is described as a male in his mid-20s, and learned he had been under the influence of GHB.
“The victim was physically helpless at the time of the assault,” an investigator wrote in a report.
During the video, Johnson can allegedly be heard laughing and saying “If you scoop out and talk about stealing my homeboy’s truck, this is definitely what I’m going to do to you,” the report said.
The phrase “scoop out” refers to losing consciousness while on the drug.
Johnson is being held on an $80,000 bond.
