Cops Searching For Woman Accused Of Raping, Torturing Woman Over 'Stolen' $180

Tulsa authorities are seeking Laura "Seven" Palmer, a 35-year-old convicted felon, who they say held a woman against her will at her apartment and joined two men in a brutal two-day-long attack.

A woman is wanted in Oklahoma for allegedly wielding a revolver to kidnap, rape and torture a woman for two days over suspicions that she stole $180.

Laura “Seven” Palmer, 35, is currently being sought by Tulsa law enforcement for taking a woman hostage and teaming up with two other men named “Derek” and “Boston” to brutally attack her because they accused the woman of stealing Palmer’s cash, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Tulsa's District Court last week and obtained by Oxygen.com.

The search for Palmer was first reported by The Tulsa World.

The unidentified "adult woman" victim, described only by her initials, had come forward to cops on Sept. 12, to allege that five days earlier she was repeatedly raped and tortured by the trio inside Palmer’s apartment located on South Memorial Drive in the Moeller Heights section of Tulsa.

Once inside the apartment, Palmer, who goes by the moniker “Seven,” accused the victim of swiping $180 from her. Palmer then allegedly forbade the woman from leaving until she came up with the stolen money.

“Seven told [the woman] that she was not allowed to leave the apartment until she gave Seven the stolen $180,” according to the affidavit.

To wrest the cash from the woman, a man identified only by the first name “Derek” allegedly pointed a pistol at the woman and threatened her that “if she did not produce the $180 the he was going to kill her,” the document states.

The weapon, described in the papers as a “small black .22 caliber revolver with a white handle,” remained trained on the woman as Derek ordered her into Palmer’s bathroom.

There, Derek held the weapon while allegedly commanding the woman to strip naked.

It was while the woman undressed that Derek allegedly performed a cavity search by using "his fingers and forcibly” penetrating the woman's genitals. The man then allegedly began raping the woman.

The victim "begged [Derek] to stop" and “told him ‘No’ on several occasions,” according to the affidavit.

Sometime afterward, a man named “Boston” allegedly forced the woman to shed her clothes as he allegedly “searched underneath her breasts for the money.”

Like Derek, Boston also is alleged to have “forcibly” violated the woman with his fingers and his penis in what is described in the document as a rape that lasted “about five minutes.”

“[The woman] begged Boston to stop, but he would not stop,” according to the affidavit.

Then Palmer, clutching the revolver, allegedly “forced” the woman to the bathroom and repeated the same finger attack of the woman in what is described in the document as “searching for the money.”

Palmer then “forcibly inserted a .22 caliber gun barrel inside [the woman’s] vagina and told her if she did not come up with the money she would kill her,” according to the affidavit.

Palmer, described in the papers as a “convicted felon,” told the woman that she enjoyed sex so much that she could get pleasure from the gun before “she shoots her.” Palmer also allegedly bit the victim’s breast.

During the two days inside Palmer's apartment, the woman suffered two black eyes, a busted upper lip, bruising on her upper body, a bite mark on her breast and various marks on her right arm and shoulder that authorities say were caused by a black power drill.

It's unclear who of the three accused rapists used the power drill on the woman's arm.

Palmer, who has a handful of aliases including Laura Moffitt, faces a several charges including rape by instrumentation, kidnapping, assault and battery, and various weapons charges, according to court records

Anyone who may have information on this crime or Palmer’s location is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS (2677).
