Police in Ohio are desperately trying to find a man facing child pornography charges who has been missing along with his girlfriend and their two young children for more than two weeks.

Wesley Burdge, 45, Tabitha Gallagher, 38, and their two children, ages 5 and 1, vanished from Belmont County soon after a warrant was issued against Burdge on child porn charges, according to WTOV9 in Steubenville, Ohio. The children are named Lexington Gallagher and Khaleesci Gallagher. The latter is the youngest.

Belmont County Sheriff’s Department Det. Doug Cruse told WTOV9 that his office is working with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and international police. There is some speculation that they may have left the country, according to that report.

Burdge faces two counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor. Police are also looking into whether Gallagher was involved in that case as a suspect, Cruse told WTOV9.

Police offered few details on the alleged crimes.

"They [Burdge and another suspect] would talk in detail about their desires and things they'd like to do in the future. I'll spare you those details. They're disgusting," Belmont County Sheriff's Department Detective Ryan Allar told WTRF in Wheeling, Ohio.

The children were last seen at home on Oct 11. They may be traveling in a 2002 Silver Honda Odyssey with the Ohio license plate HBS4801, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Allar told WTRF he fears the children could be in danger.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Belmont County Sheriff's Office.
