Actor Marion “Pooch” Hall was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a parked car while he was driving drunk—all with his 2-year-old son riding on his lap, according to reports.

The 44-year-old, known for his role as Daryll Donovan on Showtime’s “Ray Donovan,” was arrested after police officers in Burbank, California, responded to reports of a traffic collision at around 7:30 p.m., E! News reports.

Witnesses reportedly told police that they had seen a man, later identified as Hall, driving with a small child on his lap. The driver routinely would weave “in and out of traffic,” witnesses reported, with one witness claiming that they saw the child’s hands on the steering wheel at one point, according to E!.

The incident somehow ended without issue after the driver crashed into a parked car. Nobody was reported injured.

“Mr. Hall displayed obvious signs of alcohol intoxication and was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests,” a statement from police reads, E! reports. “Mr. Hall’s 2-year-old son was riding in the car with him at the time of the collision and was determined to have been riding in the vehicle unrestrained, as required by law.”

Hall was reportedly arrested at the scene and the child released to Donovan’s wife, ABC 7 New York reports.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has yet to determine what charges he will face.
