6 Things We Expect To See In The 'Baywatch' Reboot

Number 1? The Rock running down a beach in slow motion while his abs glisten majestically.

Rumor has it that Zac Efron will be joining The Rock to star in the Baywatch reboot, which may begin filming as early as February 2016. Efron will star as the renegade lifeguard who Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, cast as the level-headed veteran, is forced to team up with. Together, they'll have to race to save their beach from an evil oil tycoon. We have no idea what a renegade lifeguard is, but nevertheless, here are six things that we're expecting from the reboot.

1. Ridiculous amounts of slow motion.

If there's not at least one (or five) scene of The Rock and Zac Efron running together in slow motion down the beach, then we want our money back. Don't let us down.

2. Gratuitous Shirtlessness

Ya'll know what we're paying for, and it's not the plot.

3. A Solid Movie That's Nothing Like The Source Material.

Seth Gordon, who's responsible for Horrible Bosses and The 21 Jump Street movies, is slated to direct. While the Jump Street movies are nothing at all (and we mean nothing at all) like the television show, they're hilarious on their own. The main thing we want from this reboot is for it to be hilarious, and there's a good chance that it will be.

4. Zac Efron and The Rock = Duo of the Year

Have you seen Neighbors? Zac Efron is kinda funny. And during his WWE days as "The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment," The Rock already proved that he's hilariousWhile no one would have ever thought to put these two up, they just might end up working really well together as a comedic duo.

5. A Hilarious Villain

Who's going to play the evil oil tycoon? No word yet, but how awesome would it be if they got Melissa McCarthy for the role? Sure it's random, but it would add a whole new layer of funny to the story.

6. A Mouth-to-Mouth Scene (with Efron and the Rock)

Because there's just no way they're not gonna make that joke.
