Is the battle between Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian finally over? According to TMZ, the exes have reached a custody agreement ahead of their September 18 court date.

TMZ's sources report that Chyna and Rob have agreed to share joint custody of 10-month-old Dream, with Rob getting a tad bit more than 50%. Rob also agreed to pay Chyna's legal bills.

As for child support, Chyna supposedly asked for upwards of $50k a month, while Rob initially drew the line at $10k; Rob ended up doubling his initial offer to $20k in return for Chyna dropping her domestic abuse allegations. Because Rob is reportedly concerned about Chyna's parenting, a good portion of Chyna's monthly $20k will go directly to the nannies to ensure Dream's continued safety.

Earlier this week, reports began to circulate that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services had begun investigating the care of Dream Kardashian. Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, later refuted those claims, telling People, "Chyna is a loving, devoted mother who simply wants to peacefully co-parent her healthy, happy baby Dream with Rob. We are unaware of any current investigation suggesting otherwise. We have not received notice of any DCFS filing nor have we been able to find any in the court files."
