Fetty Wap was arrested for drunk driving and drag racing early Friday morning in Brooklyn, Page Six reports.
The arrest was made just after 1 a.m., after cops spotted the rapper racing down the Gowanus Expressway in his Mercedes at speeds that reached and exceeded 100 miles per hour.
"[He was] in the vicinity of Hamilton Avenue driving recklessly at a high rate of speed causing a dangerous condition while racing another vehicle within the confines of the 72 precinct," a spokesperson for the New York Police Department told People.
After being pulled over by police, Fetty, whose real name is Willie Maxwell II, showed officers an expired driver's license, and later failed a sobriety test, exceeding the legal limit of .08 by blowing a .09.
Maxwell is now facing 15 charges, including reckless endangerment, drag racing, DWI, unlicensed operation of a car, and illegal lane changing.
