Halsey Seemingly Spotted Snorting Mystery Substance During Yacht Party

She was photographed holding a small spoon up to her nose.

Did Halsey get caught snorting cocaine over the weekend?

Paparazzi spotted the singer, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, partying with friends at a yacht party in Miami. In photos that are currently making the rounds online, she can be seen holding a small spoon to her nose while she plugs one nostril.

While Halsey has yet to comment on the photos or confirm or deny what substance might have been on the spoon, as Perez Hilton pointed out, Halsey's music does contain quite a few lyrics that could be taken as drug references. Just look at the song "Him & I," which contains the extremely blunt line, "We do drugs together."

Fans on Twitter have been reacting to the photos with mock surprise, while some are calling for Halsey to use this moment to raise awareness about the reality of drug addiction.

Seeing Halsey snort Coke and people commenting on the post saying "how I'm tryna be in 2018" or "goals" is the problem. We have too many people promoting drug use and not enough people talking about the negatives about drug use/addiction. Fuck.

Instead of laughing at Halsey and G-Eazy being on coke again and sharing the pictures, how about we use that to raise awareness for drug addiction and explain the consequences of drugs. Weâve lost way too many amazing people to drugs last year and so on. Letâs end it in 2018.
