Months after a high-profile misdemeanor battery arrest, Heather Locklear is now facing multiple charges for allegedly attacking a cop and medic in her California home.
Relatives said Locklear was intoxicated on June 25, when a 911 call about her erratic behavior culminated in the actress allegedly punching a police officer and kicking a medic responding to the disturbance.
The "Melrose Place" actress is now facing three charges for the run-in: Battery on a peace officer, battery on an EMT, and resisting, obstructing, or delaying a peace officer.
Locklear did not attend her Thursday arraignment in Ventura County Superior Court, but her attorney, acting on her behalf, pleaded not guilty to each of the three charges .
Her next court date is scheduled for September 27.
Locklear, whose struggles with addiction have prompted multiple stints in rehab, has also been plagued by legal woes of late, with a string of arrests and troubling incidents drawing national attention.
A week before Locklear's arrest in June, her mother called 911 to report that her daughter was trying to hurt herself ― and was even looking for a gun to shoot herself.
The call prompted a weeklong involuntary psychiatric hold for Locklear, Oxygen.com reported.
The 56-year-old actress has a history of cop-attack allegations.
She was arrested and booked on multiple counts of battery in February, after authorities responded to a call regarding a domestic dispute at her home.
Locklear was reportedly “extremely uncooperative and physically combative” in that encounter, and attacked three of the responding officers, according to Sargent Eric Buschow of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.
She has also pleaded not guilty in the February attack.
