Chrissy Teigen is pretty much known for being a boss on Twitter. Between her infamous clapbacks and hilarious banter with her hubby John Legend, she's probably one of the most well-liked celebs on social media. Despite her cleverness though, even she's not immune to making a misstep or two.
Refinery29 reports that Teigen retweeted a tweet yesterday seemingly written by the "Cash Me Ousside" girl, Danielle Bregoli. The original tweet read, "Getting my own TV show & gonna be a millionaire at 14. Whatchu all doing with ur lives?"
Teigen responded, "Apparently mistakenly making you a thing," but then she deleted it quicker than you could say "Oh snap!"
Turns out, Teigen had responded to a parody account pretending to be Bregoli. After deleting her response, she explained to her followers that she did so because she didn't want to contribute to Bregoli's rise to fame.
Fair enough, Teigen!
