Wendy Williams is at it again, guys. After hearing that Paris Jackson planned to follow in her father's footsteps and work in the entertainment industry, Wendy was outspoken in her belief that it was a horrible idea because she could "never match" her father, The Daily Mail reports.
"Just because you are from the loins of greatness doesn't mean that you're going to be great and a lot of times, if your greatness doesn't turn out, it probably hurts even more because you're from the loins of greatness," Wendy explained. Adding, "Like Lisa Marie Presley, she's no Elvis."
Yikes. Wendy backtracked on her original position, though, and explained that she misunderstood Paris' intentions; apparently, she thought that Paris planned to become a singer, but once she saw the campaign Paris shot for Chanel, Wendy voiced her support for Paris' career as a model.
"I just assumed when she said she was going into entertainment she would be singing, but this whole fashion thing, I haven't seen this little girl happy a day in my life," Wendy said, adding that Paris looks "happy, clean, healthy and on her game."
That's all well and good, but how about you let this young adult live her life instead of getting on national television and theorizing about what career paths would be a good fit for her? Just a suggestion.
