Halloween Sword Rampage Leaves Two Dead, Authorities Say

Carl Girouard, 24, was arrested early in the morning Nov. 1 after he allegedly used a Japanese sword to attack multiple people. He’s facing two counts of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.
