Who Killed Billie Cunningham?

Although authorities initially believed the tragic death of Bernita “Billie” Cunningham was an accident, her family had doubts, and they asked private investigator Don Brooks to look into the case. A neighborhood boy, 17-year-old Justin Stephens, was later found to be the one responsible for Cunningham's death, and he was found guilty of first-degree murder.
