Police in Atlanta, Georgia are investigating after two unidentified men tried — and failed — to steal Lori Harvey’s car in a parking garage last week, but ultimately made off with a duffel bag full of clothes.

Harvey, the 23-year-old stepdaughter of comedian and “Family Feud” host Steve Harvey, had parked her 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan in a parking garage shortly before 8 p.m. on Wednesday when she was targeted, according to an incident report obtained by Oxygen.com. She told police that, after getting out of the car, she walked to the back of the vehicle to get her things, at which point a suspect described as a young black male got into the driver’s seat “in an attempt to steal the vehicle,” the report states.

Harvey told police that she tried to intervene, but the suspect “pushed [her] away.” She then began to walk away from the vehicle because she realized that the car wouldn’t start without the key fob, which she was still in possession of. A second suspect then emerged from a dark colored Hyundai SUV and ran to the rear of Harvey’s car, where they grabbed a red duffel bag full of clothing. Both suspects then got back into the Hyundai SUV and fled the scene, according to police.

Harvey reported that she was not injured during the scuffle, and she refused medical treatment, police said.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the incident. Footage obtained and published by TMZ show footage of the incident between Harvey and the two men.

Police have categorized the incident as an attempted auto theft and attempted larceny from a vehicle, according to the report. As of yet, no suspects have been arrested.

“Detectives are actively working the case to find those responsible for this act. The investigation continues,” a spokesperson for the Atlanta Police Department told Oxygen.com.

Harvey, meanwhile, is facing her own problems with the law. She was charged last month with one count of resisting, delaying, and obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage after an alleged hit-and-run in October that left Harvey’s car turned onto its side. She is alleged to have slammed her sedan into an empty parked car in Beverly Hills. No one was injured during the collision.

She has since pleaded not guilty in the case, according to PEOPLE. She is scheduled to return to court at the end of the month.
