Snapchat Video Allegedly Shows Kevin Spacey Touching Busboy

Video allegedly shows the former "House of Cards" actor touching the front of a teen's pants inside a restaurant.

The teenager that has accused Kevin Spacey of sexual assault allegedly filmed the actor touching the front area of the boy’s pants — footage that is expected be used in the forthcoming case.

The video, reportedly taken on Snapchat, was included in the Massachusetts State Police investigative report, according to local outlet Mass Live.com.

The alleged victim, son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh, sent the footage to his girlfriend that allegedly showed Spacey touching the front of his pants, according to state police reports filed in Nantucket District Court. He claimed he was attacked by Spacey in a Nantucket bar in 2016. The victim reportedly worked as a busboy at the establishment.

Spacey was also accused of buying the victim alcoholic drinks and of trying to get him to go home with him, according to CNN. He also allegedly put his hands down the busboy's pants and fondled him for minutes.

Spacey is currently facing a count of indecent assault on a person over the age of 14 for allegedly groping the teen, then 18, according to Mass Live.

“[Unruh’s son] said the whole thing was embarrassing and has not had a ‘profound emotional effect’ on him. [He] told his friends about it and makes jokes about it because that is his way,” Massachusetts State Trooper Gerald F. Donovan wrote in the report, cited by Mass Live.

Spacey's lawyers said at a hearing last week the video shows someone's hand touching another person's shirt, but does not show anyone being groped, and that there's not enough evidence for their client to be charged.

Spacey faces arraignment Jan. 7 on a charge of indecent assault and battery.

The case came to light in Nov. 2017 when Unruh announced that Spacey had groped her son.

This is not the only allegations of sexual misconduct that the actor has faced; earlier this year, a massage therapist filed a lawsuit against Spacey claiming he groped him and also tried to force him into oral sex during a private session two years ago.

Additionally, actor and Broadway star Anthony Rapp claimed in an interview with BuzzFeed News last year that he tried to proposition him for sex at a house party when he was only 14 years old. Spacey publicly apologized and claimed to have no recollection of the event.

In the process, however, Spacey came out as a gay man, a move that sparked a backlash.

Most recently, on Christmas Eve, Spacey posted a strange video to his YouTube channel entitled “Let’s Be Frank." In it, he channeled his “House of Cards” character Frank Underwood, he seemingly references the allegations against him.

“Of course some believed everything. They’re just waiting with baited breath to hear me confess it all. They’re just dying to hear me say that everything was true and I got what I deserved,” Spacey says in the video, all while wearing an apron filled with smiling Santa Clauses. “You wouldn’t believe the worst without evidence, would you? You wouldn’t rush to judgment without facts, would you?"
