Remembering Kim Allen

Shenia Pellum, the friend of murder victim Kim Allen, remembers that Allen always tried to keep a positive outlook during tough times. Allen had been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and had multiple surgeries. At the time of her death, she was in school and working on a paralegal degree.
