Carol Baker Reported Seeing A 'Woodsy' Person Near Randy's Home

Carol Baker told police she saw a suspicious "woodsy" looking person in the vicinity of Randy's home before his death. Police also wondered if one of the felons Randy worked with might have taken issue with him and followed him home.
